At Terry's Angels Learning Academy every employee is CPR/First-Aid certified.  Each Lead Teacher has their CDA (Child Development Associate Degree) or equivalent, as well as at least two years working with children.  All of our Teaching Assistants have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least two years experience working with children.   Each staff member employed by our agency has had a criminal background check and is cleared to work with children.  We also offer continued professional development for our staff members to grow in the education field on a monthly basis.  By ensuring all of these things are in place, you can be rest assured that your children are in the best hands when they are not with you.
